Rabbi – Temple Beth David Jewish Center, Inc.

Temple Beth David, a Reform congregation entering its sixth decade, seeks to welcome a Rabbi or Spiritual Leader. We are located in beautiful, affordable Spring Hill on Florida’s West Coast. Our congregation is approximately 120 members strong, with a religious school, a dedicated core of volunteers, and a beautiful sanctuary with warm, joyful, loving friends and families.

Our Jewish Center is committed to a Jewish life of growth, both spiritually and in religious education for our children and adults. We celebrate Jewish Holidays, life-cycle events, and various outreach programs.

Temple Beth David is looking for a Rabbi or other Spiritual Leader to begin July 1, 2023. The candidate is expected to lead Shabbat Services, assist with various committees, and have some involvement with the religious school. In addition to the salary listed below, there are opportunities for additional income by conducting life-cycle events in the community and the Temple’s Rabbinic enhancement fund.

We are unique as the only synagogue in rapidly growing Hernando County, in addition to serving the Jewish population throughout our dynamic, multi-county area.
