Overview

Congregation Temple Beth El, a conservative traditional egalitarian synagogue, located in the heart of the Catskills (7 miles from Monticello) is seeking a seasonal rabbi for Shabbat services, June 29 – September 3.  A one bedroom apartment, as well as  2 additional bedrooms, are attached to the synagogue and available for the rabbi all season long.  The rabbi would be required to lead services (Friday at 8:00(?) and Saturday at 9:30), including reading from the Torah, and conduct a discussion group after the Kiddush and hopefully be available for community outreach.
