Overview
Seaside Jewish Community in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is seeking an Interim Religious Leader to serve its 390 household congregation on a half time basis.

The position will begin July 1, 2020 and continue for a period of one year or until our Settled Religious Leader is hired. Interested candidates are asked to submit a cover letter and resume to sjc-search@googlegroups.com before April 1, 2020.
Qualifications: the Interim Religious Leader should have:
Training or experience in an interim role or in transitioning organizations
Formal and informal Jewish and secular education
Strong Bima skills including musical/chanting expertise
Experience in leading worship services and lifecycle events
Strong leadership skills
Hebrew reading ability, a desire for study and a love of Torah
Skill in providing pastoral care for individuals and groups.
Excellent administrative acumen
