Working with a strong lay board, the executive director plans four webinars during the year related to the teachings of Mordecai Kaplan with a special eye on the most relevant issues of 21st-century Jewish living.

The candidate also works on communication, administration, and fundraising.

Community Description:

Either a rabbinic degree or masters level Judaica Studies

Experience running an organization.

Knowledge and enthusiasm for Kaplanian Judaism's value for K'lal Yisrael

Salary Range: 20,000-25,000 (negotiable depending on background
