Overview
We are a special shul, built in the business district of Jersey City Heights in 1906. We’ve experienced a lot of growth over the past 2 years and now we ask Hashem to bring us our Rabbi.
We hope for someone who would like to have their own impact on Orthodox Judaism in the NYC region. Our shul is growth oriented, musical, and most of all welcoming. We are a makom kadosh, a place meant for all Jews to be able to gather together in the house of Hashem. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey with you!
We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the Rabbi on the best block of Jersey City Heights, overlooking NYC.
The ideal candidate would want to live in the community, be growth and kiruv oriented, open minded and accepting.
We hope for someone who is is comfortable with both the intellectual and spiritual sides of Judaism. Our doors are open to those who come for the first time yearning for more to those who have been immersed in Judaism throughout their entire lives. We are looking for a partner to grow with us and build with our community just outside of NYC.
