Beautiful historic synagogue in the heart of downtown Chicago seeks High Holiday rabbi who wants to make a difference in our congregant’s spiritual lives.  We have services for multiple denominations during the year; our High Holiday minyan is Conservative with mixed seating and a ritual role for women.  Our three-story sanctuary is well known for the magnificent stained glass that occupies our entire eastern wall; we have been featured in numerous publications, including the Jewish Telegraphic Agency and Jerusalem Post, and have been named one of the Top Ten religious sites in Illinois.

Community Description:

A loyal community of second- and third-generation congregants, all ages, of varying degrees of Jewish knowledge and observance. They will be welcoming and happy to have you join us.
