Torah Reader (ba’al keriah)
Bet Shira Congregation is a warm and welcoming Conservative Synagogue affiliated with USCJ in Pinecrest, FL. We are looking for a Torah reader who will chant Torah every Saturday morning. We follow the triennial cycle.

Candidate must be well-versed in the trope (Cantillation) of Torah Reading and should have sufficient experience that would enable him/her to chant the parsha clearly and audibly.
Bet Shira does not require that this person be within walking distance
There is also an opportunity to expand this role to include yom tov Torah readings, reading on the Yamim Noraim, and weekday Zoom minyan Torah reading responsibilities on Mondays/Thursdays/Rosh Chodesh.
