Overview
The Camp Director for Camp Solomon Schechter will help ensure the mission and vision of CSS, as defined by the Board of Directors, is successfully achieved, through the development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of assigned core responsibilities.
These core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Year-round leadership, administration, and oversight of the camp
operation
• Camper retention and recruitment
• Staff recruitment, training, and supervision
• Program development
• Camp budget development and monitoring
• Marketing and public relations management
• Participation in multi-level fundraising program
