About Hebrew Congregation of Somers, Shenorock, NY 10587
We are a family. The board of directors, Sisterhood, regular attendees to services (20) are the backbone of our synagogue. We do not have any clerical staff. Our congregants volunteer. We have an educational director who is also the administrator. We welcome young families to expand our community. We started a Children's service on Friday nights at 6:15 at the request of our young board members. We started a Torah Tots monthly on Sundays to welcome non-members with young children to a family program.
