Overview

Rabbi for a traditional, egalitarian, conservative synagogue.  We are a small congregation located in the heart of historic Greenwich Village in Manhattan, New York City.  We are seeking a full-time rabbi to serve our community.  We are a single-clergy congregation.  We do not have a Hebrew School currently, and the rabbi would have few Bar/Bat Mitzah responsibilities.  We prefer applicants with pulpit experience.  Please visit our website for additional information about our congregation.

Rabbi Qualifications: Rabbi must be able to lead services, provide pastoral care, and offer adult education.
Community Description:

Traditional conservative egalitarian community. We are an inclusive community and welcome any person who wishes to participate regardless of economic status, age, sexual orientation, or affiliation with any particular branch of Judaism. We are a small, close knit "family community".

Qualifications:

Ordination  from conservative or orthodox seminary.  Prior pulpit experience preferred.
