Overview

B’nai Shalom of Olney (BSO), a conservative suburban Washington, DC synagogue is looking for a one or two-year Interim Rabbi to help us transition to a Senior Rabbi.  The synagogue in its 40-year history has had two long-time Rabbis.  BSO is a fully egalitarian synagogue with 300+ families.  The Interim Rabbi will lead all Shabbat Services, perform life-cycle events and work with the Cantor, Religious School Director, Early Childhood School Director and Executive Director.

Qualifications:

Experience as a pulpit Rabbi is essential.  Expereince as an Interim Rabbi is preferable.
